Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology (03 years course) from Central/State Council or Board of Technical Education established by Central/State Government or by a University or from a recognised institution.
Experience: One year experience in supervisory capacity in an established cafeteria/ Restaurant catering to more than 300 persons. Must be capable of organising top grade canteen withelectrical kitchen equipment
