HLL proposes to impart training to personnel in the following areas at its Kanagala Factory, Kanagala-591 225 Belgaum Dist. Karnataka, under the Training & Development Scheme.

1)ITI Trainee ITI (Fitter/Electrician) Not above 35 yrs ,Stipend :Rs.2000/-, Rs.2500/- & Rs.3000/- for the Ist, IInd & IIIrd year respectively
2)D.Pharm Trainee D.Pharm with Min.60% of mark Not above 35 yrs ,Stipend:
Rs.3500/-, Rs.4250/- & Rs.5000/- for the Ist, IInd & IIIrd year respectively
3)Graduate Trainee(B. Sc) B.Sc. (Chemistry) with Min 60% marks Not above 30 yrs
Stipend:Rs.3500/-, Rs.4250/- & Rs.5000/- for the Ist, IInd & IIIrd year respectively
4)Pharmacist Trainee B.Pharm with Min. 60% marks Not above 35 yrs ,Stipend
Rs.6000/-, Rs.7000/- & Rs.8000/- for the Ist, IInd & IIIrd year respectively
5)Graduate Trainee (B.Com) B. Com. with min. 60% of marks Not above 30 yrs
Stipend:Rs.3500/-, Rs.4250/- & Rs.5000/- for the Ist, IInd & IIIrd year respectively

General Condition
a) Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST and 3 years for OBC and 10 years for PH as per Govt. of India Rules.
b) Those who are shortlisted by the Company alone will be called for the Interview.
